Your trusted local Aging Life Care Professional®
Since 1993, we have worked alongside families navigating one of life's most complex challenges, helping them understand their options, coordinate care, and make sure the right things happen.
Alder and Honora have now partnered to serve families in Greater New York and the surrounding communities, bringing together the local expertise this area has relied on for years with the depth and resources of a national organization.

Hands-on help, not just recommendations
Alder's Aging Life Care Professionals assess the situation, build a plan, coordinate across every provider and system involved, and follow through. We attend appointments. We make calls. We know the communities in your local area, the agencies that hold up under pressure, and the nearby resources most families have never heard of.
We are here to give you the most honest guidance we can and then do the work alongside you.

Local Expertise. Backed by Alder.
Alder's Greater New York team grew out of Honora Care Management & Consulting, a practice founded in Westchester County that has been serving families in this area for years. When Alder expanded to Greater New York, we did so by bringing that team on board — because local knowledge built over years of doing this work is not something you can replicate from the outside.
Our Greater New York Aging Life Care Professionals know the local hospitals, communities, agencies, and resources firsthand. They have worked inside this system long enough to know which providers are genuinely excellent, which transitions require extra attention, and which local resources are worth knowing about.
