Pam brings more than 36 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist and program director, including deep expertise in neurology and cardiopulmonary medicine developed at NYU Medical Center and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital. She has spent the bulk of her career representing and caring for individuals living with chronic heart and lung conditions, more recently transitioning into a health home care manager role, where she focused on helping individuals meet their broader social care needs.

‍

Pam’s foundation is patient advocacy, and she approaches every relationship with patience, thoroughness, and a genuine ability to put herself in her clients’ shoes. She builds lasting connections with the families she works with, and finds that those relationships are often what makes the hardest parts of the aging journey more manageable. Outside of work, Pam is an oboist.
