Getting crisis support when you need it

When a crisis happens, call us right away. We respond quickly to assess the situation and determine how we can help.

2   We take immediate action

One of our experienced life care managers (a registered social worker or nurse) will meet you at the hospital or coordinate urgent services from our office.

3   We stay with you through recovery

Your life care manager continues supporting you through discharge, recovery, and any follow-up care needed to get back on track.
