Alyssa Ismeurt

Alyssa Ismeurt is a dedicated social worker specializing in geriatrics and care management. She holds a Master of Social Work focused on Geriatric Social Work from Boston University and has spent 12 years building her career across community care management, nursing home programming, and clinical social work — including roles at Mystic Valley Elder Services and Hebrew Senior Life in Boston.
