Amanda Ruggiero is an occupational therapist with five years of clinical experience supporting older adults across memory care, skilled nursing, and assisted and independent living communities. Her OT background spans the full range of medical, cognitive, and functional needs that come with aging, and has given her a strong foundation in care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.

She came to care management because occupational therapy showed her what meaningful outcomes look like, and care management lets her pursue them across the entire arc of a person's aging journey, not just within a single setting or episode of care. She takes pride in building relationships grounded in genuine trust, and brings clear communication, strong organization, and a determined approach to problem-solving to every family she works with. Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her daughter, reading, and getting outside whenever she can.
