Andi brings more than 30 years of experience as a Social Worker with older adults, with a background spanning inpatient hospital units, primary care settings, assisted living, nursing homes, and rest homes. Her expertise includes discharge planning, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and behavioral health and substance use disorders — areas often overlooked in traditional senior care.

Andi is drawn to the collaborative nature of care management, including working alongside clients, families, and care systems to solve problems and preserve the highest level of independence possible. She prides herself on transparency, ensuring her clients always know where they stand and feel genuinely supported as they navigate the aging continuum. One of her favorite parts of the work is simply listening: the stories her clients share about their lives are a reminder that there is always something new to learn. Outside of work, Andi is kept busy enjoying her two-year-old St. Bernard.
