Caroline has a decade of physical therapy practice across long-term care, skilled nursing, and senior living settings. She has also worked as a home health case manager and clinical liaison, advocating for patients who needed inpatient rehabilitation and home-based support. That range of experience — hands-on clinical work, care coordination, and navigating complex systems — gives her an unusually complete picture of what aging actually looks like from the inside.

As one of the first people families speak with at Alder, Caroline's focus is simple: listen deeply, understand what's really going on, and help connect people to the right support. Her clinical background means she can assess a situation quickly and see the full picture in a way that takes other people years to develop. She chose Alder because the work reflects what has always driven her: helping older adults age with dignity, comfort, and independence. When she's not working, Caroline is in the garden growing dahlias or chasing after her young sons.
