Her approach centers on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Caroline takes time to understand what her clients value, what they're afraid of, and what support actually looks like for them specifically. Her interest in care management grew directly from years of working alongside patients and caregivers during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and seeing, repeatedly, how much the right support at the right time can matter.
