Caroline has 16 years of experience, with a focused background in hospice and palliative care, care coordination, and geriatric complex care management. She brings clinical depth to her work and a practical understanding of what families face when the healthcare system feels overwhelming and the stakes are high.

Her approach centers on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Caroline takes time to understand what her clients value, what they're afraid of, and what support actually looks like for them specifically. Families she works with describe feeling guided rather than managed, and confident rather than lost. Her interest in care management grew directly from years of working alongside patients and caregivers during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and seeing, repeatedly, how much the right support at the right time can matter. Outside of work, Caroline has had the notable experience of meeting several celebrities!
