Carson Crochet
Carson Crochet comes to Alder from a background in nonprofit work and patient advocacy, with a particular focus on supporting individuals navigating cancer diagnoses. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity with a concentration in end-of-life spiritual care — a path that reflects her commitment to accompanying people through the most significant chapters of their lives with dignity and genuine presence.
Carson works with Alder's Flourish Enrichment Program, and she is well-suited to it. She thrives on the kind of connection built through genuinely getting to know another person, understanding what brings them joy, and showing up for them consistently. That one-on-one relationship is at the heart of what Flourish offers, and it's where Carson naturally does her best work. A fun fact about Carson is that she once raced in the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta and placed third!
