Emma came to care management because she is genuinely passionate about helping people through difficult moments — making sure they feel supported, heard, and connected to the care they need. She meets people where they are, listens without judgment, and stays steady when situations are hard. Those are the qualities that allow her to build the kind of trust that makes a real difference. Emma is endlessly curious and outside of work she is always working through a new recipe, picking up a new book, or finding somewhere she hasn't been. She believes staying curious is part of what keeps her bringing a positive attitude to both her work and her life.
