Gillian Hamilton is an occupational therapist with five years of experience working primarily in subacute rehabilitation settings, where she developed a strong foundation in helping people maintain independence and quality of life through recovery and transition.

Her move into care management was a natural one — as an OT in the rehab world, she saw families trying to navigate a complex healthcare system without a guide, and wanted to be that resource. She brings her clinical grounding in independence and function to every client relationship, alongside a genuine commitment to making the system feel less overwhelming for the people moving through it. A fun fact about Gillian is that she has been skydiving!
