Gina Haddad

LICSW, C-ASWCM
Director of Care Management

Gina Haddad has over 20 years of experience working with older adults and families. Her background spans home care, rehabilitation settings, and hospice — including roles at Hebrew Senior Life at Newbridge on the Charles, Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, and BayPath Elder Services.

Gina's path into this work began close to home. She was deeply close with her grandparents, and watching them navigate the later chapters of life shaped the career she went on to build. She finds fulfillment in supporting families through every stage: proactive planning, navigating unexpected challenges, and end-of-life care. What she brings to each of those moments is the ability to build genuine trust quickly — learning a client's story, understanding what matters most to them, and using that foundation to move forward together. When she's not working, Gina loves spending time with her two kids and their new puppy.

Gina was instrumental in connecting us with private aide agencies to work with our mom during both transitions, and has been at our side with support every step of the way.

Gina is a fierce advocate, especially when we have faced challenges at a new facility, and is extremely proactive and attentive to our mom’s needs.
