She is a Certified Care Manager (CMC) and an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association. Jennifer previously served as President of the Aging Life Care Association New England Chapter, contributing to strategic leadership and professional development within the aging services field. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College and a Graduate Certificate in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida.
