Jillian Gibbons is a Licensed Physical Therapist with eleven years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, and dementia care. Her background in interdisciplinary collaboration, care coordination, discharge planning, and home safety gives her a practical, whole-picture view of what it takes to help older adults live safely and well at every stage.

A natural planner with a sharp eye for the details that others might overlook, she has a particular gift for anticipating what's coming before it becomes a problem and responding with both clarity and compassion.
