Jillian Padilla
Jillian Padilla has spent more than 15 years working with older adults, beginning her career as a case manager at BayPath Elder Services straight out of college. She went on to earn a Master of Social Work from Salem State University with a specialization in older adults and end-of-life care, then spent over a decade as a social worker in long-term care settings, including Bethany Health Care Center.
After more than ten years in long-term care, Jillian was ready for something new — and care management delivered. She loves that every day is unique and she is able to walk alongside her clients across every level of care: from home to hospital to long-term care. She believes that forming a genuine relationship with clients and their families isn't just a nice part of the job, it's the foundation of doing it well. When she's not working, Jillian makes handcrafted soaps in creative scents which she enjoys bringing to local farmers markets.
