Lynn Miller

Lynn Miller brings more than 20 years of experience working with older adults across short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and home settings. Her OT background spans skilled nursing facilities, home care, and independent contracting with the home-based brain injury population — work centered on environmental modifications, home safety, and helping people maintain independence in the places they live.

With care management, Lynn has found what she was looking for: the flexibility to meet clients and families where they are and help guide them toward their goals, rather than within the constraints of a single clinical setting. She connects easily with people and listens carefully — not to check boxes, but to genuinely understand what someone needs. That combination of clinical depth and attentiveness is what she brings to every client relationship. At home, Lynn enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Franks and Beans!
