Mary Christin has spent nearly three decades working with older adults, including 20 years as a director of social work and admissions in long-term care settings, and nine years as a care manager at Alder. Her background includes a leadership role as Social Worker and Director of Ancillary Services at Maristhill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where she coordinated services and supported residents and families through complex care transitions.Mary's relationship with aging began at home. Her grandmother lived with her family while Mary was growing up, as central to her upbringing as her parents were, and that experience shaped how she sees older adults: as full people with full stories, deserving of genuine engagement at every stage of life.
