Meagan Romeo Perry brings a breadth of healthcare experience that is unusual in care management: nearly 15 years spanning bedside nursing, long-term care, assisted living, subacute rehabilitation, acute care, and healthcare administration.

She came to care management because she wanted to put that full range of experience directly to work for older adults and their families — ensuring each person is treated with the kindness, respect, and autonomy they deserve, while building a plan of care as unique as the individual at the center of it. Her clinical thinking and genuine enjoyment of problem-solving are what make her effective in work where no two situations look alike. In her spare time, Meagan volunteers with a local dog rescue.
