Mia's career path began as a Personal Care Assistant in 2020, where she found herself drawn to the deeper work of care management: supporting people and families through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives. That hands-on foundation gives her a perspective on care that is both practical and deeply personal.

Mia describes herself as a natural nurturer with a gift for problem solving — a combination she sees as the heart of what good care management requires. She does this work because she loves it, and that comes through in the advocacy and support she brings to every client relationship. For Mia, the most rewarding part is knowing that her presence makes a genuinely difficult time a little more manageable for the people she serves. When she's not caring for her clients, Mia can be found in her garden.
