Sandra DeLuca has spent over 20 years specializing in older adults and their families. Her career has taken her from Aging Services Access Point in Brooklyn to founding her own care management practice in Portland, Oregon, and into progressive leadership roles as a care manager, clinical supervisor, and director of operations. She is an active member of the Aging Life Care Association, where she has served on the New England Chapter board.Sandra describes this work as what she is supposed to be doing — and it shows.

She is drawn to all of it: the listening, the problem-solving, the chance to genuinely get to know someone in the later years of their life and figure out what they need. She brings patience, curiosity, and determined follow-through to every client relationship. Outside of work, Sandra is passionate about reading and music, and loves spending time with her husband and two sons.
