Shannon has been working with adolescents, adults, and older adults since 2002, bringing more than two decades of experience to her role as a care manager. In 2013, she transitioned into healthcare — first in hospital discharge planning, then as a Director of Social Services in a skilled nursing facility for many years. She has particular expertise supporting individuals living with neurological disorders and neurobehavioral challenges, as well as families who are managing care from a distance.

Shannon's path to care management is personal. When her mother faced unexpected critical medical needs, she experienced firsthand what it means to need a care manager. That experience shapes her approach: she believes in helping families navigate proactively, before a crisis forces their hand, and in being present when one does. She comes to work every day to be the advocate she would want for her own family. Outside of work, Shannon is devoted to her dogs.
