Stephanie Cully holds a master's degree in social work and brings over 14 years of experience, including roles across skilled nursing facilities and approximately nine years as a high-risk case manager at Mass General Brigham, one of the most complex clinical environments in the region.

She does this work because she believes that everyone has a story, and that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have been given. She believes care management can help people reach their potential — even when they can't quite see it for themselves. Her background working with individuals with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders sharpened her capacity for active listening and her ability to meet people where they are, skills that translate directly into building the kind of trust that makes meaningful care possible across a wide range of clients and circumstances.
