Susan Keating has been working in the field of aging services since 2001. She is the Founder and President of Honora Care Management & Consulting, based in Mamaroneck, NY. Honora CMC is an Aging Life Care company providing geriatric care management and consulting services navigating decisions related to aging with older adults and their families. Providing professional, unbiased, and objective advisement is the cornerstone of the firm Susan began in 2015.

She is a Certified Care Manager from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and is an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association - the professional gold standard of care management. She has a B.S. in Social Work from Adelphi University and holds an Advanced Certificate in Long Term Care from Long Island University.

In addition to her work at Honora CMC, Susan is the President Emerita of Aging Life Care Association’s NY Chapter. She has served on the board of At Home on the Sound, an aging in place village for Larchmont/Mamaroneck and the Westchester Professional Advisory Council. She is a member of the Business Council Westchester, has been a guest lecturer at Hunter College’s Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging and presented at a variety of professional and community-based forums.
